Fitness Fridays!

Over the course of this half term some of our pupils have completed Fitness as part of their optional activity on a Friday. Activities that were completed included; Football Target shooting, Basketball Shooting, Continuous Running, Boxing and a number of Aerobic Exercises. The pupils were highly motivated to push themselves in achieving as many bonus points as they could by running that extra circuit or completing that extra sit up. The emphasis we created during these sessions was to ‘Compete with yourself’ by breaking new goals and targets. Pupils pushed themselves to the limit and encouraged others to do exactly the same.
