Justine Sims – Chair of Governors and Safeguarding Governor
I have worked in the education sector since 1997, moving into supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) ten years later. I have served as a Head Teacher and Executive Head Teacher for 14 years, leading specialist schools and colleges across the country.
My current role as Chair of the Governing Body and Regional Director enables me to provide effective challenge and support to the school’s leaders, ensuring strong governance and quality assurance while keeping every child at the heart of everything we do.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time with my family, my children, and our dogs.
